Medben , a story typical of their customer service

My daughter is with the medical insurance company Medben. Her company Genesis Hospital moved to them last year.
Imagine her surprise last month when she took both her young children, one a baby to the doctor for bad infections to go to the drugstore only to find out that Medben has accidentally cancelled her coverage. The cost of these drugs without insurance was some $165 which being a young mother she did not have on her at the time.
She spent three whole days calling Medben, not getting promised callbacks before she gotten reinstated. The frightening thing is that her baby suffered, and the company could neither provide an explanation for the reason she was cancelled nor offered an apology for the distress caused to her and her baby.
As an ex employee I can verify that this is a usual practise of the company, they have this quote of "where peace of mind is your best benefit", sure did not apply in this case - tell that to a crying baby with a bad ear infection.....
